1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the maintenance and care of urban park areas and the maintenance of sidewalks adjacent to them, including:  cleaning of entrusted green areas, maintaining the cleanliness of walkways and alleys located within green areas and waste disposal,  mowing grass with and without removal of swath,  removal of leaves,  care works within the woodland such as sanitary and corrective cuttings,  removal of dry matter, crown shrubs, removal of trees, removal of windmills,  cutting ornamental shrubs, their care, cutting forming hedges,  moulding of shrubs, perennials and flowering rebate plants,  planting trees, shrubs, perennials and flowering rebate plants one-year old,  preventing and combating plant diseases and pests,  replenishing dog run surfaces,  maintaining the cleanliness of fountains located in parks during the off-season of their operation,  caring for greenery around the gazebo and fountain and on the gazebo in the Youth Park,  maintaining the cleanliness and order of the gazebo facility in the Youth Park,  supervising and maintaining the water supply system supplying wells for watering vegetation and drinking water. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract together with a list of areas is contained in (Annex 11 to the FTZ). 3. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation to personally perform key parts of the service by the Contractor. 5. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the period of: • 3 months for planted flowering rebates, • 12 months for planted perennials, • 36 months for planted trees and shrubs. 6. During the warranty, the Contractor is obliged to water planted trees, shrubs, perennials and annual discount plants with a frequency of watering depending on the prevailing weather conditions, ensuring humidity and preventing overdrying. 7. If the condition of planted plants is found during the assessment, the Contractor is obliged to replant them within the time agreed with the Ordering Party. 8. The warranty does not cover loss of plant life caused by acts of vandalism or mechanical damage caused by motor vehicles.
