Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical equipment (electrophysiological system with programmable cardiac pacemaker, RF generator, cooling pump for ablative electrodes, electroanatomical mapping system, microcirculation assessment system) for Cardiology as part of the project - Development of cardiac services by retrofitting the Wolski Hospital as part of the competition - Development and modernization of infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities in the area of cardiology of centers qualified for OK II and OK III from Prac. Surgical Radiology, Laboratory of Electrophysiology’. Detailed requirements for the performance of the contract are set out in the model contract and the product and price form, constituting Annex No 5 to the FTZ and Annex No 2 to the FTZ, respectively.
