Marché public de MOE, au sens de l'article 35bis de l'ordonnance nº 2015-899 du 23.7.2015, intégrant les prestations de maîtrise d'oeuvre de conception et d'exécution dans le cadre du projet de rénovation et d'extension de l'Académie Fratellini qui porte sur:
— la démolition totale ou partielle de bâtiments existants (environ 600 m2, y compris désamiantage si nécessaire);
