1) The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of furniture equipment for three educational institutions under the project ‘VARIOUS BUT EQUAL – improving the quality of inclusive education in ZSP No 18, SP No 75 and SP No 9 in Poznań’, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021 2027 (EFW) programme. 2) The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts: - Part I – supply of school furniture referred to in Annex 1a to the contract (description of the subject of the contract for Part I), - Part II – supply of the booth/acoustic booth referred to in Annex 1b to the contract (description of the subject of the contract for Part II). 3) The supplied equipment must be brand new, unused, undamaged, unencumbered by third party rights, high quality. 4) It is required to provide a minimum 24-month warranty period for the delivered equipment, listed in the subject of the contract with the option "door to door" (all maintenance costs will be covered by the Contractor), with a period of repair of the defect by the service specified for a maximum of 10 working days from the moment of reporting the defect. 5) A detailed description of the conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract is set out in the Model Contract, constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
