Description

Considering the investment program of the 3rd District City Hall focused on the systematic development of the infrastructure, maintaining it at normal parameters, it is necessary to purchase the works of relocation of utility networks for the release of the site in order to achieve the investment objectives carried out by the 3rd District of Bucharest. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
