The subject of this pre-notification is the public announcement of the preparatory market consultations related to the preparation of the public procurement for the supply and planting of vegetation elements in the municipalities of Slovakia at specified locations, in accordance with the Planting Implementation Project (provided by the Slovak Environment Agency) and also immediate post-planting care, which always covers the time period until the next end of June, i.e. 30 June following the planting (spring and autumn). The implementation of vegetation elements will take place during the period of the national project Green Villages of Slovakia 2. The contract is to be financed 100% from the non-repayable financial contribution provided by the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatisation of the Slovak Republic, represented by the intermediate body, the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic for the project "Green Villages of Slovakia 2". Taking into account the complexity, nature and scope of the subject-matter of the contract in order to ensure the successful completion of the project, the SAŽP considers it appropriate to seek the advice of market participants, i.e. public entities, namely entities operating in the field of education, namely secondary vocational schools or universities demonstrably teaching subjects related to the subject-matter of the contract in the field of planting and care for greenery, in connection with the preparation of the public procurement.
