Dette udbud angår Egedal Kommunes udbud af opgaven ”Bygherrerådgivning til Balsmoseskolen etape 2” herefter benævnt ”Projektet”. Projektet består i hovedtræk af følgende delopgaver: 1. Udvidelser af Balsmoseskolen 2. Renovering af Balsmoseskolen Bygherrerådgiver skal bistå ift. begge delopgaver, hvor der dog skal afklares den mest optimale strategi og tidsplan for delopgavernes gennemførelse. For Projektet er der afsat en samlet bevilling på 55 mio. kr. ex. moms, der også skal dække Egedals Kommunes interne omkostninger. For Projektet anvendes ABR 18 som grundlag for bygherrerådgiveraftalen. Se yderligere om Projektet i det øvrige udbudsmateriale, herunder i Opgavebeskrivelsen og Procesbeskrivelsen (Bilag C).
