Description

Digipolis is looking for several partners who can support it in designing, developing, implementing, testing and maintaining solutions to implement the MultiChannel Services Provision – MKDV within the Cities of Antwerp and Ghent and their daughters.
In the context of framework agreements, Digipolis wishes to be able to respond quickly and flexibly to the MKDV needs of its customers. In doing so, the future partners should be able to link a technical competence to a high degree of flexibility.
The target group for this contract is the companies of the cities of Antwerp and Ghent and their daughters providing services at first, second and third level to the City’s clients – citizens, businesses and visitors.
The contract is divided into 3 lots in line with the hatches identified within MKDV:
1. Percely-1: IKMS Handling
IKMS (Information Question, Complaint, Notification, Suggestie) includes the efficient handling of information enquiries, complaints, notifications and suggestions through multiple channels.
2. Percely-2: e-E2E Product Application Treatment.
Relates to the complete end-to-end handling, including the delivery of product applications from the citizen to the City. The rapid electronic operationalisation of new product applications and the flexibility in handling are crucial in this respect.
3. Percely-3: Mine city.
Relates to the access of file status information to the customer, the pro-active information of the citizen, the participation of citizens with the City and the building of customer understanding.
A framework contract will be concluded for each lot with 1 or more suppliers for the provision of IT services to the city services, the OCMW, local police and all daughters of the City of Antwerp and the City of Ghent.
Each framework contract shall, within the context of the specific lot, cover the provision of the following services:
1. Carrying out a detailed analysis of needs and needs.
2. Carrying out the necessary adaptations (customisation) and parametrisation of the software according to the analysis mentioned in the previous section “Perceel-2” and in line with agreed SLAs on quality, methodology, documentation, price and delivery time.
3. Supplying and installing the software.
4. The provision of training in Dutch, including the delivery of the course material in Dutch.
5. The maintenance – corrective, preventive, adaptive and evolving – of the delivered applications.
6.Providing 1st and 2nd line support based on agreed SLAs.
