Description

Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind Beratungsleistungen zur Nachhaltigkeitsbewertung im Rahmen einer Zertifizierungsbegleitung QNG. Die Stadt Braunschweig plant den Neubau einer zweizügigen Grundschule mit 1-Feld-Sporthalle und Mensa im Braunschweiger Stadtteil Weststadt. Das Gebäude soll nach dem KFW 40 NH Standard errichtet werden. Für die Errichtung der zu planenden Gebäude soll durch das in diesem Verfahren zu findende Planungsbüro die Nachweisführung QNG erbracht werden. Es sollen Fördermittel für einen klimafreundlichen Neubau (KFN), Nichtwohngebäude Kommunen mit QNG beantragt werden.
