Zur Erweiterung des Geräteparks der BOKU Core Facility Food and Bio Processing soll ein neuer Doppelschneckenextruder (mit zylindrischen, gleichlaufenden Schnecken) für Lebensmittelanwendungen im Labor- bzw. halbtechnischen Maßstab akquiriert werden.
