Basic mission as detailed in the Public Order Code and the Order of 22 March 2019 divided into 3 tranches: Firm slice (TF): basic assignment for the works of ITE, exterior joinery, interior lighting and heating - 2025 to 2026 / Optional tranche 1 (TO1): basic assignment for roofing work (insulation, roofing, glass roofs, terrace) and dual flow ventilation work - 2027 to 2028 / Optional section 2 (TO2): basic assignment for the repair of paints, repair of floors, refurbishment of the courtyard and the entrance to the school - 2027 to 2029 Constraints: Planning during school holidays, but nevertheless, the supervisor must be able to propose on-site programming outside school holidays for works that would have little or no impact on children’s safety and the quality of the teaching service/notification of works contracts in the closed tranche by 23 June 2025 at the latest.
