Description

The subject of the public procurement is related to the implementation of consultancy activities for the exercise of construction supervision within the meaning of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA) and the normative documents on its application for the implementation of construction and installation works under Agreement No RD -02-30-111/21.12.2023 between the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and the municipality of Belitsa. Exercising construction supervision during the execution of the construction works for the site ‘Reconstruction and repair of the water supply and sewerage network of the town of Belitsa, the municipality of Belitsa – Stage I’ until the final adoption and issuance of a Use Permit. Preparation of a technical passport of the site for which he exercised construction supervision during construction; Preparation of a Final Report to the Assignor, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 168, para. 6 of the Spatial Planning Act, after completion of the construction and installation works for the site for which the contractor has exercised construction supervision during the construction. In accordance with Article 48(1) of the Public Procurement Act, the necessary characteristics of the subject of the public procurement are identified in detail in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority’s requirements.
