Description

The subject matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. 1 pt. 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2015, item 2100 as amended) including work on harvesting and grading of timber to be carried out in the Żednia Forest District in 2016.
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1B to the ToR and in the Labour Intensity Catalogue introduced by Order No 99/2003 of the Director-General of State Forests of 21 November 2003 on Time Standard Catalogues for Forestry Works. The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Żednia Forest District, with individual lots being implemented within the administrative boundaries of forestry – which are specific to the lot in question. The contract will be carried out in 2 lots: Part One covers forestry: Cieliczanka, Kołodno, Rudnica, Las goat. Part Two covers forestry: Cieliczanka.
