Description

La procédure s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes constitué entre la Ville de La Roche-sur-Yon et le Centre Intercommunal d'Action sociale (C.I.A.S) de La Roche-sur-Yon Agglomération. La Ville de La Roche-sur-Yon a été désignée coordonnateur de ce groupement de commandes. La consultation porte sur 2 lots : -Lot 1 - Produits laitiers et ovo produits. -Lot 2 - Produits laitiers ultrafrais et desserts lactés issus de l'agriculture biologique ou équivalent Chaque accord-cadre mono-attributaire débutera à compter du 16 mars 2025 ou à compter de sa date de notification si postérieure pour une durée d'un an, reconductible tacitement trois fois, soit pour une durée maximale de quatre ans. Le montant maximum annuel pour l'ensemble des membres du groupement est de 1 315 000 EUR HT pour le lot 1,et de 300 000 EUR HT pour le lot 2. Ce montant maximum annuel fait l'objet d'une répartition contractuelle entre les membres du groupement dont le détail figure dans l'acte d'engagement ( article 4).
