Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na udzieleniu długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w kwocie 14 500 000,00 zł. (słownie: czternaście milionów pięćset tysięcy zł) z przeznaczeniem na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów oraz pokrycie deficytu.
2. Spłata kredytu w latach 2024-2033. 3. Kredyt będzie pobrany w transzach od dnia podpisania umowy, do dnia 29.12.2023 r. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo uruchomienia kredytu w transzach, w ciągu 3 dni roboczych od złożenia dyspozycji uruchomienia kredytu. 4. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo zaciągnięcia kredytu w kwocie niższej od ustalonej tj. 14 500 000,00 zł bez dodatkowych opłat i prowizji. 5. Zabezpieczeniem spłaty kredytu i odsetek będzie weksel in blanco wraz z deklaracją wekslową.
