Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Les stipulations du présent Cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP) concernent les prestations de médecine de prévention en santé et sécurité au travail au bénéfice des agents en postes permanents (titulaires ou stagiaires, contractuels sur postes vacants, contractuels remplaçants, et apprentis) de la ville de Mitry-Mory et de son CCAS. Le présent marché a donc pour objet de répondre au besoin de surveillance médicale des agents et d'action sur le milieu professionnel
