Nye Veier shall plan, build, operate and maintain traffic-secure roads. Nye Veier shall contract an electro contractor for its operational and maintenance contract for roads that have been completed and that shall be completed during the contract period. The contract will be valid for 5 years, with an option for an extension for a further 3 x 1 year. The electrical contractor shall, on behalf of the contracting authority, be responsible for the operation and maintenance of electrotechnical installations.
