Upphandling av Diariesystem Kommunen har identifierat ett behov då nuvarande avtal löper ut och behovet av diarie-, dokument- och ärendehanteringssystem kvarstår. Värmdö kommun avser att upphandla ett användarvänligt, enkelt och överskådligt diariesystem. Systemet ska stödja Värmdö kommuns ärendehanteringsprocess som innefattar beredning av ärenden inför beslut, nämndadministration, registrering av handlingar och diarieföring utifrån ett systems standardfunktionalitet. Systemet ska samtidigt möjliggöra en utveckling och effektivisering av arbetssätt och processer genom automatiseringar där så är möjligt med hjälp av smart och effektiv grundfunktionlitet men även av AI där detta kan skapa mervärde.
