Description

These specifications apply to the invitation to tender for a turnkey contract for the construction of 48 public housing units in Solbjerg for Boligforeningen DOMI Bolig. The new department 59 in Solbjerg includes the construction of 24 townhouses on 2 levels, and 24 multi-storey homes in 3 storey blocks. All 48 homes are listed as family homes. The building is being constructed with displacements in the façade line. The building will be built in the northwestern part of Solbjerg on Solbjerg Hedevej 25 on cadastral no. 8as part 1. The large plot is being divided into two subdivisions, of which the area for the proposed project is approximately 8,170 m2. The subdivision is expected to be completed in 2025. Coatings, paths, parking lots, planting and lighting, etc. are included in the turnkey contract. The living space for social housing amounts to 4,365 m2 (aid eligible). The homes are delivered according to the main timetable. Penalty dates are set out in the main timetable. Reference is made to the project documents in the tender documents for the total content of the assignment. The overall contract contains the design of the project proposal, the authority project and the execution project. The total contractor is responsible for authority-sponsoring, design management, construction management, professional supervision, follow-up, ICT management and health and safety coordination (P+B), etc. The tender for the turnkey contract is carried out as a restricted call for tenders with a target price following a pre-qualification round in accordance with Sections 58-60 of the Public Procurement Act. Five bidders will be pre-qualified. The overall contract shall be tendered using the award criterion of the "most economically advantageous tender".
