Description

The objective of the Framework Agreements/subsequent contracts is the provision of design services for the medium and low voltage level in the electricity distribution networks, projects that will be used for the investment and modernization of the electrical relays for the following types of works:  Network reinforcement works;  Rehabilitation works for transformer stations (replacement of Trafo MT/JT, modernization of JT switchboards at transformer stations, distribution boxes);  Network Rehabilitation works LEA JT and INTs (includes upgrade of sectioning boxes);  PTM Replacement and SLE Modernisation (includes niche modernisation’);  Rehabilitation works for LEA MT, installation of reclosers and separators, replacement of anti-bird insulators, depending on the investment plan of Delgaz Grid S.A. and in accordance with the requirements of Tender Specifications No 33572 of 23 June 2023 and the documents attached thereto. It is intended to conclude separate framework agreements per lot, with a maximum of 10 op ec, for a period of 36 months. Clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation will be submitted 18 days before the deadline for submission of requests to participate, and the contracting entity's reply to these requests will be submitted on the 11th day before the deadline set for submission of requests to participate, in accordance with Article 173 of Law 99/ 2016. The EC will only respond to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the deadline set.
