The purpose of the consultation is to: Lot 1 ‘Acquisition of large professional equipment for the central kitchen’: gas piano, jumper, trolley, preparation table, ovens, towers, rolling mills, etc. Lot 2 ‘Acquisition of small professional equipment’: bins, openers, electric boxes, blender, etc. Lot 3 ‘Acquisition of dishes, utensils and miscellaneous catering supplies’: Plates (including with logo), cutlery, glasses, various small materials necessary for catering.
