Description

The Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund Stuttgart (VVS) intends to conclude a DFI-Light ePaper framework agreement. The framework contract is concluded between the VVS and the AN ("Framework Contract DFI-light"). This framework contract forms the basis for the individual contracts for the supply, assembly, operation and repair of DFI-Light ePaper indicators to be concluded by individual calls from the municipalities in the VVS network area (municipal districts, municipalities and rural districts). The individual contracts are concluded between the retrieving municipality and the AN ("single contract delivery assembly indicator" and "contract operation and repair indicator"). In addition, the establishment and operation of a background system shall be ensured. The contract for the background system is concluded between the VVS and the AN ("Contract for the establishment and operation of the background system"). The scope of the services to be provided by the Contractor results from the procurement documents.
