D-Bonn: Research and development services and related consultancy services
The contractor is expected to provide a detailed estimate of the evolution of energy prices and energy consumption in Germany by 2 030 in five-year steps (2015, 2020, etc.) in the structure of the energy balances of the Federal Republic of Germany and international energy statistics. For the period 2030 to 2050, scenario-based outlooks will be prepared. The forecast with outlook is to be carried out under its own responsibility in the light of the likely evolution from the contractor’s point of view. The forecast should be integrated into global and EU-wide energy market developments. The market analyses for Germany should be backed by appropriate variant calculations and sensitivity analyses. This includes, inter alia, the impact on energy-related greenhouse gas emissions, energy import dependency, economic development on the basis of macroeconomic and individual indicators (e.g. energy cost burden; The benefits of the energy transition) and the quantitative objectives set out in the energy concept. The details of the processing instructions are set out in a specification. The results of the analyses shall be documented in both a full and a short version in German and English. A very good presentation of the results is also required in graphic form and in xls format.
