Description

REVG intends to digitize its approximately 1,400 bus stops. Therefore, a framework contract for the supply, assembly and installation of energy self-sufficient dynamic passenger information indicators (e-ink/e-paper) including the supply of a background system for the supply of passenger information will be put out to tender. The data center must have an IT baseline protection certificate according to DIN ISO 27001 or equivalent. The "Digital Stop" project is to lead to a comprehensive digitalisation of the stop information in the Rhein-Erft district over three construction stages. Construction stage 1: 500 stationary indicators (e-paper) and 40 mobile indicators (e-paper). Construction stage 2: 500 stationary indicators (e-paper). Construction stage 3: 400 stationary indicators (e-paper). The call for tenders is linked to funding, which is why the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the call for tenders in the event of non-approval or non-approvement of the funding in accordance with the application. As only one planning notification for the first construction stage is available at the time of the call for tenders (the funding commitment is expected for June 2025), the following minimum and maximum quantities are set: Minimum purchase quantity: 540, maximum purchase quantity: 1.500. The contracting authority has the unilateral right to call up construction stages 2 and/or 3 within 36 months of the award of the contract.
