Description

The Bosdreef will be moved north in two phases to make room for the new residential area Nieuw Kralingen and a business strip. Phase 1 was completed in 2024. These procurement documents describe the declaration and procurement of phase 2. The objective of the Assignment is the realization of phase 2 of the Verlegde Bosdreef as a full-fledged northern access route (1x2 lane, 50 km/h) to replace the current Bosdreef (now 2x2 lane, 70 km/h). The Contract described in this procurement procedure concerns: •New road route (50 km/h area access road) with foundation, pavement, marking and road furniture •Complete sewage system (heavenly and waste water) connected to existing infrastructure •Operational VRIs and public lighting •New, wider concrete Crooswijksebrug (non-movable) •Integrated infrastructure system •Full connection between phase 1 and phase 2 •Permits, inspections, delivery documentation and transfer to management (RAW system)
