Description

De Aanbestedende Dienst gaat bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het Project als vertrekpunt uit van een bouwteam/engineer & Build. De huidige visie op het traject is als volgt:
- De te selecteren architect en adviseurs stellen een Voorontwerp, Definitief Ontwerp inclusief technische omschrijving (DO+) op.
- Bij aanvang van de VO fase wordt een bouwteamaannemer betrokken. Welke als volwaardig deelnemer een rol krijgt in het ontwerptraject. Hiermee wordt vroegtijdig uitvoeringsdeskundigheid betrokken en wordt aan de betreffende aannemer ruimte geboden voor inbreng in werkvoorbereidings- en uitvoeringsplanning.
- Met afronding van het DO+ brengt de bouwteamaannemer een definitieve Inschrijving uit voor de verdere uitwerking en realisatie van het DO, op basis van een overeenkomst gebaseerd op de UAV-gc 2005. Vanaf dat moment is de bouwteamaannemer verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitwerking van de stukken.
