1. Delivery of a special I-beam for Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A. Branch of Zakład Remontowo - Produkcyjny - group number 273-6 according to the assortment specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ. 2. The procedure for the award of a sectoral contract is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws, item 2019 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the PPL Act. 3. Information obligation under Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 926, as amended) Urz.
