Electronics Competence Centre equipment acquisition 2
The aim of the procurement is to create projects related to the higher education activities of the University, other education related to the training activities of the higher education institution, the public awareness and economic utilization of intellectual values derived from the basic activities of the higher education institution, and the development of the economic, social and international relations of the Hungarian higher education. Development of services and solutions related to the educational, talent management, higher education, basic and applied research, scientific activities of the University, the protection of heritage, the protection of built and natural culture and the environment. The Centre would be mainly active in the field of electronics development and production development, such as: prototype development (connection drawing, simulation, PCB, testing), small series production (PCBA), testing, testing development (ICT, IBT, AOI, RTR, AXI, CT). 1. The design of the system design, i.e. the design of the circuit diagram (HW), including the configuration and operation program (FW, SW) of the programmable devices (MC, FPGA, DSP, FPAA), the design of the circuit and its simulation (P-Spice). 2. Small-volume production based on know-how designed or received from industrial operators or external customers. This, in addition to the production of mounted printed circuit boards itself, gives the opportunity to develop production and implement test production. To do this, we create an environment (ODM) that is up to date. 3. The third element of the Centre would be the control of production, supported by state-of-the-art online and non-return measurements and their possibility, where it will be possible to examine the substrate, the components and the connecting materials, the assembly and the operation of the circuit more thoroughly and at high magnification (as detailed as possible). This triple-element environment allows for continuous fine-tuning and iteration between the different levels of production and product development. In the Hungarian electronics industry there is a significant demand for graduated engineers and technicians who have learned and mastered these activities. The reputation/recognition/qualification of our university will be improved if we can teach this knowledge. The ECC to be developed can be used in business-based industrial collaborations, research, education, student projects, STEAM missions. Our natural strategic partner in the project is the industrial companies of Székesfehérvár and the region based on dual training and previous cooperations. Devices related to the establishment of an Electronic Competence Centre (ECC) which are the subject of the procurement in the subject-matter procedure: Assets to be procured: Part 1: Paste inspection equipment (3D SPI) 1 pc Part 2: Automatic optical control (3D AOI) 1 piece - Instead of the standard, technical approval, technical specifications, technical recommendation or type set out in the Call for Tenders and the Technical Documentation, the Contracting Authority accepts technically, functionally and quality-equivalent recommendations, the name of the make or type used in the Call for Tenders and Documentation was used to clearly define the nature of the subject matter. Any indication of type or make shall be understood to mean ‘or equivalent’. Equivalence shall be demonstrated and supported by appropriate documents in the tender submitted by the tenderer. (321/2015. Section 46(3) and (5) of Government Decree No 487/2015. The detailed task description and conditions are set out in the Technical Description of the Public Procurement Documentation.
