Description

The subject of the framework agreement is any project management services relating to the operation and the additional services related to the project management that will prove necessary during the studies. These will include the Diagnostic and Feasibility mission, the core mission, and any additional missions. The contract takes the form of a single-awarded framework agreement for subsequent contracts, concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 1 200 000 (excluding VAT) over its total duration. It is concluded for 4 firm years. The scope of the operation covers approximately 1.73 ha and includes a set of buildings hosting the following activities: associative, social, early childhood, school and technical. The current configuration of the premises, the state of obsolescence of the premises and the inadequacy of the spaces and technical equipment with the use, the presence of many materials containing asbestos, etc. but also the location of the structure within a district REP and QPV justify the will of the city of Décines-Charpieu to initiate a major restructuring project of the site, in coherence with the involvement of the occupants of the site, the possible evolutions of the district and the municipality with strong ambitions in terms of modularity
