Description

HSE invites tenders for the printing and supply of Personal Child Health Records in the quantities listed in specification and for delivery to various HSE sites throughout the Republic of Ireland as detailed in specification. The Personal Health Record is for issue to all parents of new born babies so that a comprehensive health record is maintained on their child from birth right through to adulthood. The focus of this procurement process is on seven Local Health Office (LHO) areas. Other HSE locations & organisations funded by the HSE may participate in this contract.
