Description

The subject of the contract is: ‘Management of municipal waste from the Spytkowice Commune’. The subject of the contract is the management of waste from the Spytkowice Commune by: sorting, recovery, and landfilling of municipal waste, disposal and other lawful waste management methods. Waste management refers to household waste, including waste accepted in the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste. It is to ensure that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill is reduced, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No 2025.733 of 2025.06.04) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Malopolska Region. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is specified in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract, which is attached as Annex 11 to the FTZ.
