SWN Stadtwerke Neumünster is planning the construction of a new central logistics hub in order to future-proof its supply of materials, tools and spare parts for grid and power plant operation. The aim is a modern, efficiently organized warehouse and dispensing centre that: - security of supply for all technical divisions guaranteed, - processes digitally mapped and automated flows of goods enabled, - sustainable construction and energy solutions integrated, - work and environmental protection anchored at the current best practice level. Building function: - central warehouse of Stadtwerke Neumünster, - high-bay warehouse up to 7.50 m storage height, - small parts warehouse in level 2, - free storage area covered, - office space, social rooms (changing rooms), small meeting room 55 x 49 m outside dimensions, incl. covered open area , max. height 10.40 m (attic)
