The Contractor undertakes to provide the Ordering Party with quality standards of service for the Ordering Party in the provision of distribution services: 1) receiving from the Ordering Party, round the clock, notifications and complaints regarding the supply of electricity from the grid; 2) immediately begin to remove disruptions in the supply of electricity caused by improper operation of the grid; 3) providing the Ordering Party, at its request, with information on the expected date of resumption of electricity supply interrupted due to a failure in the network; 4) providing information free of charge on settlements and current tariffs and changes in generally applicable law in the scope covered by the contract; 5) considering requests or complaints of the Ordering Party regarding settlements and providing answers, no later than within 14 days from the date of submitting the request or filing a complaint; 6) notifying the Ordering Party about the dates and time of planned interruptions in the supply of electricity. 12. The Contractor shall ensure the sale of the ordered energy throughout the duration of the sales contract, starting from 1 January 2025, on a continuous and uninterrupted basis to all consumption points at the same time, subject to the provisions of the Regulation on detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system . 13. The Ordering Party informs that the given distribution parameters are up-to-date and in accordance with distribution agreements. At the same time, if the change in distribution parameters will require additional fees in accordance with the DSO tariff, the Ordering Party will be obliged to pay them. 18. The Contracting Authority is an authorised customer within the meaning of the Act of 27 October 2022 on emergency measures to limit electricity prices and support certain customers in 2023 and 2024.
