Description: De geselecteerde kandidaten (geselecteerden) ontvangen – in de tweede fase – het bestek en worden uitgenodigd om op basis daarvan een offerte in te dienen. Het bestek zal de technische specificaties en het voorwerp van de opdracht, die in deze selectieleidraad algemeen zijn omschreven, nader uitwerken. Het bestek zal de gunningscriteria bepalen op basis waarvan de opdracht zal worden gegund. De economisch meest voordelige offerte zal wellicht bepaald worden op basis van de prijs.
