Description

La consultation est lancée selon la procédure de l'Appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1°, R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le projet vise à la réhabilitation de la résidence Léonard de Vinci, propriété d'ACM Habitat, située dans le quartier du Millénaire, dans l'est de la commune de Montpellier. La durée des marchés débute à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage des travaux jusqu'à la fin de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement. A titre indicatif, la durée prévisionnelle des marchés est fixée à 27 mois. Pour le lot 2 une prestation supplémentaire éventuelle (PSE) est exigée
