5.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste: from owner-occupied properties; from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point and from mobile collection. The scope of the contract also includes the creation and operation of at least one point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOK) in a place allowing easy access for residents of the Krzyżanów commune, equipping it with municipal waste containers for the duration of the contract and maintaining them in proper technical and sanitary condition, within 30 days from the date of signing the contract.
