Description

As part of the federal government's broadband funding, the municipality of Berkheim is building a passive fibre-optic network in the entire municipality using the operator model. In the future, about 1,000 addresses will be supplied with future-proof fiber optic connections. The passive fibre-optic infrastructure built for this purpose is to be leased to a network operator. The subject of this call for tenders is exclusively address points which are accessed via the HGF programme. In Berkheim, parallel to these address points, there is a broadband network accessed and in operation via the WFP.
