Description

Sanierung Merkel'sches Schwimmbad Esslingen:
Die BGF beträgt ca. 3.000 m² und der BRI 12.000 m³.
Folgende Maßnahmen sollen im Zuge der anstehenden Sanierung ausgeführt werden:
- Komplettsanierung des Sportbeckens und der Schwimmhalle
- Erneuerung der Technischen Anlagen
- Brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung
- Barrierefreie Erschließung
Die Arbeiten werden ab September 2023 bis Dezember 2024 durchgeführt.
