le présent marché porte sur la fourniture de tickets de parkings pour l'ensemble des parcs de stationnement gérés par la Ville d'annecy.Le marché est un accord-cadre en application de l'article R. 2162-2 du Code de la commande publique.Cet accord-cadre sera mono-attributaire et donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande par l'acheteur Public, dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et14 du Code de la commande publique.Le montant minimum annuel de l'accord-cadre est fixé à 25 000,00 euro(s) (H.T.).Le montant maximum annuel de l'accord-cadre est fixé à 75 000,00 euro(s) (H.T.).
