The subject of the tender is the procurement of low-floor buses for urban transport within a framework supply contract. The procurements are planned as both purchase and leasing and will take place in the years 2025 to 2028. The framework contract includes the option of an extension of 2x 1 year (2029 and 2030). The objectives of the framework contract are as follows: Flexible expansion of the fleet as part of the implementation of measures from the local transport plan The procurement of purchase vehicles is partly subject to the granting of subsidies (decision of the Supervisory Board). CNG low-floor standard buses (12 metres, 2- or 3-doors ) and CNG low-floor light rail buses (18 metres, 3- or 4-doors) with Kneeling, air conditioning, Euro VI, video passenger compartment monitoring with video-based passenger counting) for urban traffic. The vehicle shall be equipped with a dynamic destination display compatible with ATRON devices (RBL).
