Provision, installation, commissioning, personal training and service during the guarantee period – medical equipment under the HEALTH PROGRAMME “Equipment-type investments in the public infrastructure of healthcare units treating critical patients with acute cerebral vascular pathology – Licence 2 – according to specifications and technical specifications, Technical requirements defined at the level of the contract notice, tender specifications or other complementary documents, by reference to standards, to a specific manufacturer, brands, patents, types, to a specific origin or production/provision/execution method, shall be understood as accompanied by the words “or equivalent”. At the same time, in order to comply with the principles of non-discrimination and equal treatment, any product/equipment designation (in the tender) referring to a specific producer, brand, patent, type, origin or specific production/production/provision/execution method shall be understood as accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’. The period of delivery, installation, commissioning and personal training shall not exceed 60 days from the receipt of the order from the contracting authority.
