Description

The three-storey building of the institution (basement, ground floor, floor) was built in 1963, which was supplemented with a two-storey wing and has been performing educational tasks without interruption since the handover. Two levels of instruction, together with the gymnasium, are designed for this purpose and serve the purpose of education. The basement technical level of the original building provides the heating of the institution, as well as the storage of the fuel to be used. Among the public education tasks of the institution is art education, within which music education has a history of three decades. It is one of the largest institutions of music education maintained by the Eger Education District Centre. Folk dance also plays a significant role in the arts, which takes place in the lower grades according to the timetable. The pupils participating in folk dance education form the largest traditional folk dance group in Heves County, transcending the institutional framework and including the widest age groups of the settlement. The expansion of the institution is justified and unavoidable in order to maintain the increasing headcount data, the socially recognized art education, including instrumental education, and the teaching of outstanding quality. The floor is built onto it by creating the following spaces: - 4 classrooms, 1 specialised classroom - 5 group rooms - 2 equipment rooms - sanitary facilities (with accessible toilet) - corridors, mechanical room As part of the investment, a new staircase will be built with a new elevator to ensure unobstructed access to and use of the entire building. On the ground floor of the School, next to the windshield, a doorman's room will be built, and the teacher-administrative rooms will be constructed using the classrooms on the street front of the newer part of the building. The ground floor corridor of the existing School is in a pavement, but the corridor on the 1st floor now contains 2 steps. During the enlargement, this level difference will also be made accessible. There will be a barrier-free toilet on each floor. Teacher toilets at all levels will be accessible directly from the hallway. In addition to the expansion of the institution, the existing classrooms will also be renovated and modernized. All classrooms are equipped with cold and hot water hand wash, protected by tiled wall surfaces. Due to the expansion, the heating system will also be modified. As a result of the increased educational opportunity, the serving-heating kitchen for the school dining rooms will also be transformed by replacing the rooms at the south-western end of the ground floor, and a new external waste container will be created. As a result of the new educational premises, 21 additional parking spaces must be provided for the School. One of these accessible parking lots will be installed next to the NE side of the educational building, from where the new staircase is easily accessible. In order to reach the parking space, a video intercom must be installed in front of the School's economic gate, the internal unit of which will be in the new reception room. Five of the additional car parks can be placed next to the school's street-side fence, continuing the existing ones until the economic entrance. The missing car parks can be provided from the car parks established or to be designated in front of the health institutions of the municipality, as there are extra parking spaces available than necessary. In order to supply the extended School, the necessary extinguishing water can be provided by installing 2 new fire hydrants on the drinking water ridge pipe across the street, opposite the two extreme points of the building. During the expansion, we planned to install a smoke detection system throughout the School, the central unit of which will be placed at the reception. In the part of the building affected by the refurbishment, the entire electrical network will be replaced, with a smoke detection system and a beacon network installed. Fire alarm system installation: Furniture, educational equipment and IT equipment will be installed in the building. Based on current regulations (54/2014. (XII. 5) Line 12 of Annex 14 to the Decree of the Minister for the Interior) the fire alarm system will be installed. The fire alarm system is installed from a life and property protection point of view. It is therefore necessary to establish a maximum level of protection. This means that all rooms except the sanitary blocks are equipped with automatic sensors. In the building, the 24-hour monitoring of the fire alarm centre is not solved, therefore, the combined fire and malfunction signalling equipment will be forwarded to 24-hour monitoring. The walls of the object to be protected are made of brick. The internal partitions are made of brick or plasterboard. The doors and windows are made of plastic. The roof is a wooden saddle roof with tile cover. Heating from a central gas boiler with hot water radiator. The building has central ventilation, an elevator and a new staircase with heat and smoke extraction. Area of rooms: Existing school: useful floor area 1,878,97 m2 of new premises: useful floor area 768 ,57 m 2 total: useful floor area 2.647,54 m2 Net institutional area under renovation: useful floor area 1263,76 m2 During the execution of the works, the contractor shall employ a quality assurance expert, who shall be responsible for meeting the quality requirements for the execution of the works. Its tasks include checking workflows, examining the quality of built-in materials, keeping quality assurance documentation, and preparing quality reports for technical handover and acceptance. The investment is subject to an official building permit.
