Description

The development and organisation of train movements and manoeuvring is carried out by means of light signals. A large part of the light signals use special electric incandescent lamps to display the indications. Irrespective of their function, all moon signals must have perfect visibility in order to be reliably and timely perceived by drivers. In order to achieve good visibility, the use of special electrical lamps suitable for light units of light signals is of great importance. In addition to the fact that the luminous flux of the lamp must ensure the visibility of the indications of the signals from the required operating distances, it is necessary that the execution of the lamps has a high degree of accuracy so that the filament is as pointy as possible and its location is very precise. Special electric lamps mounted to light signals are used at the voltage of 12 V, having powers of 6W and 20W. For indicator signals of a new type, special electric halogen lamps at the voltage of 12 V and the power of 20 W are used. Taking into account the service life guaranteed by the manufacturers of special electric lamps and considering that the light signals give permanent indications, for the proper functioning of the light signals and the proper realization of the signals in the railway system, it is necessary to replace the defective special electric lamps with others with the same technical characteristics and functional performance. By providing spare stocks, the conditions will be met to remedy the disturbances manifested at the light signals in as short a time as possible, achieving an improvement in the regularity of train movements. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the duration of the framework agreement are set out in Annex 2 to Tender Specifications No 3 / 14 / 2025. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications / additional information in relation to the tender documentation 22 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
