Het per perceel met één partij sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor een maximale periode van acht jaar (4+1+1+1+1). Perceel 1: Chirurgische stapling systemen en bijbehorende vullingen voor gebruik bij open chirurgie. Perceel 2: Chirurgische stapling systemen en bijbehorende vullingen voor endoscopisch gebruik. Perceel 3: Electrothermale Bipolaire Vessel Sealing/Deviding systemen t.b.v. zowel open als endoscopische chirurgische procedures (abdominale chirurgie: vaatchirurgie, urologie, gynaecologie, alsmede thoracale chirurgie: pulmonale chirurgie). Perceel 4: Ultrasonische Scalpel systemen t.b.v. zowel open als endoscopische chirurgische procedures.
