The contractor is responsible for carrying out the full-scale construction works of the multifunctional building for research purposes called SZTE Sustainable Mobility Industrial Contact Centre (hereinafter referred to as SZTE FMIKK), covering all disciplines (in particular structural and architectural-professional, building engineering, electrical power and low-current installation), supplemented by all ancillary works outside the building, as well as the construction of the parking lot within the plot, gardening works and the construction of service buildings. *** Contracting authority in accordance with Decree 321/2015.
