The project foresees the introduction of new digital services such as: - The acquisition of a legal display solution in accordance with Article R2131- of the General Code of Territorial Collectivities; - The acquisition of three (3) tactile terminals as well as the creation of maps of the cemeteries of the city allowing the location of the graves and / or urns of the deceased; - The tailor-made creation of an application for managing appointments with the Mayor and Deputy Mayors: This tailor-made application will allow elected officials to follow their schedule of reception of the public. It will also allow an effective follow-up of requests resulting from these appointments and will send automatic reminders for each appointment to citizens, thus improving communication between citizens and the town hall. *)Duration of the contract: The durations in months indicated in this notice are indicative. The actual durations for each lot are as follows: -For Lot 1 ‘Acquisition of a legal display solution’: The contract will be concluded for a period from the date of notification until the end of the 3-year maintenance period. -For Lot 2 ‘Acquisition of 3 outdoor display terminals’: the contract will be concluded for a period running from the date of notification until the end of the warranty period for the equipment. -For Lot 3 ‘Computerisation of Petite-Île cemeteries’: the contract will be concluded for a period ranging from the date of notification up to one year after receipt in full of the services requested. -For Lot 4 ‘Customised creation of a web application for monitoring the appointments of elected representatives with citizens’: The contract will be concluded for a period from the date of notification until the end of the maintenance period (corrective maintenance of 2 years). *)Period of execution: The period for performance shall run from the day following notification of the contract. For each lot, the lead time (delivery + installation or commissioning + training) is that indicated by the candidate at the level of the Act of Commitment. The delivery period is defined as working days in accordance with Article 3.2.5 of the General Administrative Provisions of the Public Procurement of Information and Communication Technologies (CCAG-ICT).
