Description

The subject of this procurement procedure is the negotiation of a Framework Agreement containing contractual conditions for the performance of individual partial contracts for the provision of implementation services for customer information systems, including integration and backend parts. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with a maximum of eight (8) participants. The contracting authority will, on the basis of the framework agreement, in the manner specified therein, always order performance at the time and to the extent according to its current needs. The contracting authority is not obliged to draw performance from the framework agreement. Implementation services will be provided by: - in the development and implementation of new information systems, including appropriate process consulting, - in the development or modification of existing information systems, - in the implementation of upgrades of information systems to higher versions, - in the development and modification of new and existing integrations within information systems and also to external systems operated by the client, respectively. in the solution of IS/IT architecture to ensure their effective operation.
