Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η ανάθεση εργασιών οπτικής αρχειοθέτησης - ψηφιοποίησης χειρόγραφων, παρτιτούρων, φωτογραφιών, αρχιτεκτονικών σχεδίων και βιβλίων του Αρχείου του Ωδείου Αθηνών από την συμβατική του μορφή (φυσικό αρχείο) σε ψηφιακή μορφή, και η ασφαλής αποθήκευσή του.
Στο κύριο αντικείμενο του έργου περιλαμβάνεται η ψηφιοποίηση με την μέθοδο της σάρωσης του αρχειοθετημένου υλικού το οποίο θα υποδειχθεί στον Ανάδοχο, και μέχρι τον μέγιστο εκτιμώμενο αριθμό των 830.000 (οκτακοσίων τριάντα χιλιάδων) σελίδων. Λόγω της φύσης του αρχειακού υλικού (ευαίσθητα χειρόγραφα, μεγάλων διαστάσεων αρχιτεκτονικά σχέδια, ιδιαίτερων προδιαγραφών παρτιτούρες, παλαιά βιβλία κλπ.) απαιτούνται ειδικές γνώσεις και τεχνική υποδομή για τις εργασίες ψηφιοποίησης.
