Description

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a Contract for the supply of licences and the promotion and development of an application for the management of digital content (‘the Contract’), which will include: - Server License - a time- and location-free license (non-exclusive) installed in MSp data centers; - Application implementation - Server license implementation (implementation analysis + actual implementation); - 1400 CALs (client access license) - a license that allows a user (group of users) or a device (group of devices) to access server services (server licenses). The contracting authority shall purchase 1 400 pieces for a period of 48 months and shall be entitled to order additional licences at any time during the term of the contract; - Operating aid for 48 months; - Development framework – development services as requested by the contracting authority (400 man-day assumption).
