Call for applications for a design contract (MOE) for the construction of a maintenance workshop to host: - A maintenance workshop for spare parts - A container storage area - A decked storage area - An undecked storage area (racks and/or ground mass) - A reception area and functional spaces - Tertiary spaces - Technical spaces - A guardhouse - An outdoor waste area - A car park for VL The programme covers a built-up area of approximately 3800m2 SUB.
