Call for applications for a design contract (MOE) for the construction of a maintenance workshop to accommodate: - A maintenance workshop for spare parts - A container storage area - A bridged storage area - An unbridged storage area (racks and/or ground mass) - A reception area and functional spaces - Tertiary spaces - Technical spaces - A guardhouse - An outdoor waste area - Parking for VL The programme covers a built-up complex of approximately 3800m2 SUB. The envisaged contract will cover the design tasks of the MOP law until the final delivery of the work (DOE/release of reserves) and a follow-up period of the GPAs (one full year after receipt of the works with or without reservations).
